2010 INDUS RIVER FLOOD & MEDICAL RESPONSE
- In 2010 as an operational member of ERT SAR she deployed in a humanitarian capacity as one of the team's doctors to the floods in the Indus River, Pakistan. Parts of the river which were usually 5 km wide had broken the banks and flooded communities at nearly 50 km wide! The team did incredible work in the IDP Camps (for Internally Displaced Persons) in temperatures around 50 Degrees Celsius.
